The Dutch company, Vopak, organized an unforgettable party on the Danube in Budapest on the board of the Európa-Boat with the help of BudapestEvent.com.

Vopak, the world’s largest provider of conditioned storage facilities for bulk liquids invited its partners (ca. 500 people) for a big party on the Danube in the theme of ‘navy’ as the opening accord of the following two days-conference. Buda and Pest with its evening-lights on the two sides of the river, the sailor-dressed waiters and hostesses and the blue and white coloured design of the interior guaranteed a perfect atmosphere. With the biggest music hits played by a captain-dressed DJ and after two Caribbean dance-shows the high spirit of the night was assured. The event had a big success, the only difficulty was to finish the party as everybody wanted to continue...

In June 2010 the annual Mind Lab Olympics took place in Budapest. BudapestEvent.com was responsible for the venues and the event management of the 4-days program.

The Mind Lab Olympics is an educational event that brings together children from all over the world in a fantastic championship of thinking games, which is both tremendously exciting and enjoyable. The Olympic event begins with the Mind Lab learning groups in schools and extracurricular activities, continues through regional and national playoffs, and finally culminates in the international championships. BudapestEvent organized a big lunch for the participating children and their parents on the first day and provided the venue and catering for the following olympic event and conference-days.

BudapestEvent.com hosted the Swedish group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Budapest.

BudapestEvent.com in cooparation with Lars Alberyd (CEO of Alberyd Kommunikation in Sweden) organized the Budapest-stay of the Swedish PricewaterhouseCoopers including a gala dinner with entertaining programs in a beautiful venue and various daily activities with deliscious evening meals. PricewaterhouseCoopers (or PwC) is one of the world's largest professional services firms and the largest of the Big Four auditing firms. It was formed in 1998 from a merger between Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand, both formed in London.

In April 2010 BudapestEvent.com oragnized for the 4th time the appearance of the Italian Breton company on the international Construma fair in Budapest.

BudapestEvent.com supported Breton for the 4th time at the Construma fair in Budapest with stand production and event management. BudapesEvent is focused on having the best quality of the company’s presentation stand at this important exhibition.  Construma is Hungary’s most significant and largest exhibition, specialised in construction industry on the Hungexpo site in Budapest. The Italian company, Breton is world leader in the stone market industry for its plants and technology for manufacturing and processing compound stone.

BudapestEvent.com organized a professional visit of the Oslo Kongressenter to Budapest. Oslo Kongressenter Folkets Hus BA, located in the heart of central Oslo, is organised as a joint stock company. Oslo Congress Centre is a leading modern congress centre consisting of more than 20 event rooms of various sizes. Oslo Congress Centre hosts nearly 1,000 events over the course of a year. BudapestEvent provided guidance for the company for the days spent in Budapest, took care of evening relaxation, dinners and teambuliding with a great success.

Opel introduced the newest version of Opel Astra in frame of a big international promotion campaign in Budapest with the help of BudapestEvent.com.

BudapestEvent.com in cooperation with the German event organizers of Opel, Brandscape, took care of the promotion of the new Opel Astra model in Budapest’s two shopping malls. Adam Opel GmbH is a German automobile company which was founded by Adam Opel in 1863. It has been a substantion of General Motors (GM) since 1929. The Opel Astra-promotion was built up from different activities: visitors of the shopping malls could observe the new cars from outside and inside, could be part of an Opel-spot, received little gifts for registrations and at the end of the event they could win different prices. The event proved to be extremely successful and our partner remained very satisfied.

27th April 2009 EventinPrague.com organized in collaboration with the Colomer Group Inc., the top corporate event of the year in Central Europe: The 2-days incentive and later the gala dinner of the REVLON SHOW ROOM with 2200 participants. The programs were hold inside the famous Barrandov film studios of Prague.

The Spanish Colomer Group that from 2000 gained the licence of the Revlon Professional mark, is one of the world leaders in the beauty industry. Its mission is beeing “the creative source for inspiring and serving beauty professionals and consumers everywhere” as Carlos Colomer, Chairman of the Group has formulated. The Barrandov Stage MAX, Europe’s largest stage inside the Barrandov film studios provided an excellent venue for Revlon Show Room, an event which became annual and 2010 will be organized in Berlin. During the 2-days activities the audience could see fashion-shows presenting the freshest trends in the field of coloring carried out by well-known hairdressers coming from different countries. Some coloring techniques were exhibited live so that everybody was able to see the newest tricks and methods. The successful event was closed with an imposing gala dinner at the end of the second day.
